Tom Benecke's Values

Re-read lines 35-36. What does Tom value most at the beginning of the story? (Student ID).

  2. He just maintained focus on his project. He didn't pay attention to his wife, so his dreams was to finish his work then get a promotion and enjoying his life as a rich man. 993923

  3. At the start Tom values his work more then anything else. His chooses work over his wife every time. But more to the end he see that he should do more with his wife after the life changing thing he when threw. So he runs out to find her. NJ

    1. Tom Benecke's value was the yellow paper because he spent countless hours working so hard in it. Tom was so focus in his work at the begging of the story, but at the end he realize that the family was so important than anything else.

  4. Tom's values as a hard worker in this story seem to me a busy parson because he never went out with his wife anyway. Tom thought, when the money comes rolling in and he's known as the Boy Wizard of Wholesale Groceries, then his wife will be happy forever. 996631
